Free Invertebrate Identification Training Workshops in summer 2015

Do you visit wildlife-rich sites like Belton Hills LNR, Hadleigh Country Park, Vange Hill, West Canvey Marshes or Wat Tyler Country Park regularly?

We’re looking for volunteers who are interested in getting involved in surveying for flagship invertebrate species on South Essex sites. A series of free training workshops will be held in South Essex parks during the summer of 2015. Workshops will include talks on Thames Terrace Invertebrates, the Nature Improvement Area project and identification skills. There will be opportunity to practice your new skills during site walks with local experts.
